As a Project Manager (PM), you are intuitive and know how to ask the right questions to uncover problems. You have multiple tested tools and techniques in your BA toolkit for working with clients and use them to lead discoveries and large-scale inceptions for custom software delivery projects.
You draw on your many years of agile software delivery experience to tailor an approach that works best for your client rather than a prescribed framework. As a PM/BA, you will be called upon to share your expertise in agile with both clients and internal teams.
What you will be doing: Manage projects with key global accounts. Become an expert on Blockchain, AI, Machine Learning and internal products and suggest additional and/or alternative services to meet customer needs. Become an expert on the customer’s business needs and how the platform needs to grow to meet these needs, using gap analysis and other BA methodologies. Interacts with sales and operations staff on a regular, defined basis; communicate with engineers as needed. Escalate scope creep in projects ahead of time and loop in commercial negotiators from the revenue organisation as and when needed. Records and processes high complex orders and/or inquiries from customers. Serves as a link between customers and sales staff to ensure responsiveness.
Ability to work with resources across the organization and in other countries to facilitate customer events. A passion for learning and representing products and services that will make a positive impact on the clients you interact with.
Desired Skills & Experience – About You At least 6-8 years‘ experience or more with working in Agile custom software delivery as a Business Analyst/Project Manager You have extensive experience in leading and facilitating inceptions and workshops with stakeholders of different levels of seniority or backgrounds. You have previous experience in gathering functional and non-functional requirements, writing user stories, mapping out processes and creating wireframes using a variety of tools. You seek to promote collaboration between the Product Owner, stakeholders, SMBs, XDs, QAs, and developers by removing roadblocks and fostering communication – you have a high degree of emotional intelligence and this is your sweet spot You know the right questions to ask over jumping into solution mode, and know how to adjust your techniques to get the right outcomes for the client You have excellent written, verbal and facilitation skills and ability to work collaboratively (team first mentality). You’re Interested in contributing back to a community that thrives on learning and growth Client facing capacity with exceptional verbal and written communication skills required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required. Goal-oriented, dependable, persistent, focused and assertive.
Reporting Structure – Report to the Global Project Director.
